Finally we have completed the pool .. it looks amazing. The whole process did go over smoothly with a few minor bumps in the road.. some of the contractors can get sloppy and not perform to the high standards in which we hold them too but all in all not a bad experience!!! We are waiting for landscaping still to be complete but we couldn’t be happier with our pool… thanks Richards!!!

Richards came through finally! They came and repaired everything beautifully! Our new contractor Marvin was amazing! He knew how to fix the issue and his work is gorgeous. The management at Richards was extremely apologetic and redeemed themselves!

Called the Service department for assistance when my spa stopped working correctly a day before we had out of town guests arriving. Within 3hrs they had helped me diagnose the problem over th phon, implement a temporary fix and scheduled an appointment to fully resolve the matter at a later date.
