We purchased our Hot Springs tub in 2005 from Richard’s. We recently needed some repairs on it and Rodney was sent to handle. I cannot say enough about Rodney. He is professional, polite, hard working, honest, and just a great guy. Our pool looks exactly like what we had in mind. The Texas Hill Country here in Houston. The spa is wonderful, the waterfall is awesome and the pool is beautiful. We are looking forward to many years of relaxation! Great job Richard’s Pools!

Finally we have completed the pool .. it looks amazing. The whole process did go over smoothly with a few minor bumps in the road.. some of the contractors can get sloppy and not perform to the high standards in which we hold them too but all in all not a bad experience!!! We are waiting for landscaping still to be complete but we couldn’t be happier with our pool… thanks Richards!!!
