Richard’s is now offering virtual showroom tours that let you shop for a hot tub or swim spa right from the comfort of your own home. We are also conducting “Virtual Design Reveal” presentations.

Virtual Design Reveal Presentations

We will be doing backyard pre-sites without customer contact. We will have an in-depth “discovery” phone call with you prior to the visit to collect dreams, goals, ideas, “inspiration” photos, total investment thoughts, and property survey.
Next will be the “Virtual Design Reveal Presentation” where we unveil the 3D design, make final decisions and get ready to build the backyard you’ve always dreamed of and yes, we are building pools every day.
We will need digital approvals from time to time and we will make that simple for you as well!
Construction will be a simple process. You may look out your window if you’d like but we will just continue to work as normal while keeping social distance.

Richard’s offers a 3 month supply of chemicals in a convenient “bundle” for our hot tubs and swimming pools and a 6 month supply for our swim spas. Right now we are offering free delivery when a bundle is purchased on our website or through one of our store locations.
