Pool Service

One thing that separates Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions apart from other builders is our in-house Pool Service department. With most companies, once your pool is done, the homeowner is left on their own for swimming pool service & maintenance. Richard’s TBS knows that customers want a one stop shop, and want to know that they have someone to rely on if something goes wrong with their pool. We have factory certified service technicians who all are required to stay updated with current standards by going to at least 3 trainings per year to maintain their certification.

Our service team was ranked #20 in the nation for our professional service program. We have hundreds of customer testimonials praising our service and have quadrupled our positive reviews just last year. Service issues are often a pain point for pool owners and our service professionals knows that. We are here to correct the issue and put the customer’s pain points at ease.
